You can use this site to pay for a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and to view information about the contravention.

Please allow 24 hours from the time the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) was issued to you, to either challenge a PCN or make payment as PCNs will not normally appear on the system until the next working day after they are issued . This also relates to making payments via the automated telephone payment line detailed on the back of the Penalty Charge Notice.
